Worst training provider out there. From the start of the apprenticeship they refused to communicate or help me in my coursework. They told me I was expected to finish on a certain date and without any response to my emails I was confused for a month what to do and I pay them a visit just to find out they have closed down. Unfortunately, now I am unemployed without a qualification and I have ultimately wasted a year since I have nothing to show for the hard work I have put into my apprenticeship across the year. If John Liang Training do ever go back to business please do not join them I can tell they are not there to help young individuals but only care about themselves and how much money they get upon signing you to a company.

Worse training provider to sign up to. They shut down right before I was about to complete my apprenticeship. Without informing me I have spent a year without managing to achieve my apprenticeship, this is the worst training provider to sign up to they have no idea what they are doing. The will tell you complete lies to you and your employer before running away and leaving you in the dark.

Overall, it was a very poor experience. We were dealing with Andrew at first, who didn't explain anything in detail and prompted us to just 'tick a few boxes' and we didn't actually learn anything. His timekeeping was poor and never arrived during the specified appointment time. I was enrolled on to the wrong course by Julie and my past qualifications were lost by her not keeping our documents safe. The course itself was extremely boring and the questions were extremely hard to read/understand. When we complained to management level we received no call back and no alternatives which was very unhelpful. However, we were then assigned a new tutor when Andrew left named Kam and he was very helpful and informative and he helped us pass!

I gave them 1 start because you have no choice. Absolute shambles from start to finish, avoid at all cost, the manager Julie is incompetent, trainer would turn up without appointments, would rush us through the work and tell us to tick boxes and sign off work we had no knowledge of, I didn't learn a thing. I finished over 2 months ago and am still waiting on my certificates!
