I would 100% recommend John Wood to anyone. He was very professional and super friendly and chatty. He explained thoroughly what he was doing and gave me some advisories to follow up with. Also reasonably priced as I had got some quotes from a few engineers in the area. He wore a mask and gloves throughout the appointment, which was very reassuring. A* service. Lovely guy!

I had a routine boiler service. John came along earlier as he'd had a cancellation but this was a bonus and he rang beforehand to arrange. Booking was efficient and queries answered which is a miracle as a lot of plumbers never respond. He arrived masked as per covid and worked cleanly and timely. He's pleasant and professional .
