First time ordering after hearing good stuff, what a mistake, totally messed up a simple order. Order was completely wrong, how hard is it to get 1 order right, I never go back to places that get the most basic things wrong, as it will happen again and again ..so many mistakes on my order 50% of it was wrong on my first order, things not put on and other items completely wrong, because of so many mistakes I had to leave this review. The food that came was actually of VERY GOOD QUALITY to be honest, but If you order and 50% of it is wrong,it doesn't matter how good it is, so if i chanced it again and ordered more items next time,it would be wrong again. I have never known a place make so many mistakes on the most simple basic order, basically if food places get it wrong customers don't return, so customers don't want to make a fuss so they just go elsewhere. I would love to know who's made this mistake, the person taking the order, the person who packs it or delivers it, this should not be a problem. It's easier to go elsewhere to avoid this problem, in my experience if they make a mistake from the begginning it's generally true they will do it time and time again. If you want your order to be wrong then this is the place to go to. THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD QUALITY what was sent - i will absolutely 100% state that. There were other problems aswell which i won't mention, but i;ve edited this down from my original review for the sake of the chippy and general decency.
Absolutely shocking , food arrives nearly hour and a half later , they don't answer phone ,in the mean time partner went to see them in which they didn't care about food or give any offer of refund no nothing. Asked for a large chips and there was less then a handful and no apologies for when it was delivered very late...... First time getting food from here and never again
Fish and chips were delivered hot which was excellent. Fish was meaty and batter very good unfortunately the chips were too hard to eat. Perhaps using a different type of potato to produce more tender chips.
Best fish and chips in area always freshly cooked. Great sides love the curry sauce. Always get great service.
