I operate a policy of 2 strikes and your out so here goes! I had my CR-V serviced here in Jan 16 and took a courtesy car for the day. I returned in the evening to find my car parked with the front pushed up against a chicken wire fence in the very small customer parking bay at the rear of the showroom - see attached picture. I complained to the member of staff at the time who reversed the car away from the fence in my presence; luckily there was no damage to my car. I didn't take the car back last year as I was working away, however, today I started booking the car in for a service and MOT for January and had the misfortune to have the phone answered by Tasha. Her manner throughout the call was nothing short of abysmal with a machine gun like questioning technique and she seemed overly keen to sell extras such as engine flush and aircon. The questions seemed to be incessant (like ordering a Subway, but delivered at a million miles an hour) and were delivered in a cold manner, bordering on uninterested. I felt as if I was in the way of something much more important that Tasha wanted to be doing so I cancelled the booking and let her know exactly how I felt. I then phoned Honda Reading and not only got a much more appropriate customer focused telephone manner, but also a saving of 50 on the price quoted by Johnsons.
Great service, went for a recall and had free valeting. Love the place.

just don’t go there..... take your car anywhere else just not here almost a month later and I’m still trying to sort things out...
Booking centre for servicing is clueless. Car due to go to Johnsons tomorrow to be fixed to only be told today at lunchtime that they cannot complete the desired work and they only look at the jobcards a couple of days before. Seriously let down and I will now be without a car for next week whilst I find somewhere else to get it fixed, Poor service for someone whose family have bought three cars from Johnson's and have had servicing completed there.
