Take your business elsewhere. I took two suits in to this shop on Thursday and was assured that they would be ready for collection two days later, the Saturday, and agreed to pay a further ten pounds to have permanent creases put in the trousers. I went to collect the suits at 4pm on the Saturday only to be told that they weren’t ready as the woman had been there by herself and hadn’t done them. She assured me that they would be ready on the Monday, I pointed out that they were needed for my Father’s funeral on Tuesday and she was adamant that they would be done. I collected them on Monday and despite pointing out the inconvenience caused was still charged full price. Upon returning home I found that one pair of trousers had been shoddily ironed and had to be done again.
