With much disappointment I must say what a let down from a company I was a dedicated fan of for years! Half of our house is furnished with Jonathan’s creations as I admire his design, his fun and funky approach to life which totally resonates with mine! Unfortunately it takes only one mishandling of the order to lose the trust of a dedicated customer. Being in luxury market is not always easy, as we, your customers, are demanding. But this is part of the game, which you miserably failed to my greatest disappointment! Adore Jonathan’s design, but your logistics, total disorganisation when the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing, let the brand and reputation down. I would warn anyone to think twice before spending money with you.
I absolutely love Jonathan Adler products but this store in particular have gone above and beyond to help me furnish my first home. Nick and the team were so helpful and patient with helping me purchase my furniture and accessories. I visited the store then made my purchases online and with help over the telephone from Nick and the team. I’ll be back! Thank you, Shannel
