I bought a pair of a Timberland shoe that started squeaking. I dropped into the shoe and they immediately found my purchase transaction and I walked out of store in new shoes. Great service.

Hmmm, nice staff. But when it comes to selling me shoes at a higher price than the label attached to the shoes. I'm miffed as to their excuse. 'The shoes have gone up in price and they have to sell them to me at the price they are now' They were not interested in my point. Which is the shoes should be sold at the price on the label. Not impressed.
Brilliant shop. Sad it's closing down
