I placed an order and paid for same day delivery by 9 pm. By 3pm the following day (18 hours late) I'd still not had the order and no one at Joppaa was responding to emails or the chat function (which claims they respond instantly). I had to cancel, but at least that was straight forward. Appears to be an enormous waste of time with zero customer service.

I would reccomend all local Manchester residents to use their service, Joppaa is by far the best grocery delivery service. If you compare them to big organisations like Tesco's or Asda's, with them you have to book in a slot which takes several days sometimes there availability is no availability within 7 days. With Joppaa they will deliver to the customers doorstep within the same day with a small charge of 3.50 which I believe is more than a reasonable price, your paying a small change receiving a big order from the comfort of your household. The CEO of Joppaa (Carlos) gives the best customer service too, all the best for this business going ahead in the future 10/10

Great and speedy service, used multiple times with no problems, and as far as independent delivery companies go, this is definitely the best value for money I have seen. Would recommended around the Manchester area, and hopefully they can start expanding across the country very soon
Paid 4.99 for a 2 hour delivery and it hasn’t arrived and they are ignoring my messages, incredibly disappointed.
I placed an order on April 18th that never arrived, no refund received and they're now ignoring all communication.
