I cannot recommend Joy Liv Mindset Repurpose Workshop more! Liv helped me understand my values, goals, motivations, strengths/weakness which in turn gave me the clarity and courage to take on a completely new job role only 2 months later! I had a relaxing reiki session at Joy Liv with Livia. I was feeling physically tired and mentally drained after a hectic two months at work, starting a new job in lockdown and Livia helped me in a session to first revisit triggers of my stress and solutions to overcome it. It was my first reiki session ever and she was very good at explaining to me what it was, what it was meant to do and how the session would happen. It was very soothing and I was able to meditate throughout the treatment. I felt a lot of warmth in certain parts of my body as she hovered her hands and after the session helped me analyse why that was. I left with a sense of lightness and incredible positivity in my being. Very much recommend her services and will be coming back!

I had a reiki session with Livia at Joy Liv. The studio is beautiful, very peaceful. My therapist explained how reiki works and gave me a lot of background information, which helped me open up and identify the areas where I needed healing. During the treatment I was able to relax and meditate, even though I find it usually difficult to calm my mind. The whole experience was very soothing and after a couple of hours I felt a unusual surge of energy. Thoroughly recommended.

I can’t praise Livia from Joy Liv enough, she is an extremely skilled Reiki healer. With such a calming energy she made me feel extremely comfortable from the minute I arrived. She also knows how to create a safe environment, where you can feel free to express yourself, but also vulnerable enough to release any pain and negative energy, and receive the help you need. My first experience was extraordinary, and the results came shortly after. Highly recommended.

I strongly recommend the Reiki Healing Therapy at Joy Liv Holistic Wellness, especially to new moms like me, who need some relaxing self-care time. I was impressed by the impact that the first reiki session with Livia had on my wellbeing. It unlocked my energy! I felt very positive and active on the following days.
