Must be busy as took a few days to answer my enquiry. I bought a replacement key for my car and needed the blade cutting. Told they only cut their own. My guess is to charge more, must work as they can afford to turn down business. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend.
Excellent service, after having made 5 trips to timpsons and still not having any functioning keys I came across this service via Google. Certainly won't go anywhere else now, service was 100% better, the keys worked first time and all for nearly half the price Timpsons charged. Don't let the big wigs rip you off, support local. My family have had loads of work done by Jammie, from shoe repair to watch repair to keys cutting and locks changing the lot, I cannot recommend him enough, he's a top lad who always does the best work at a high standard but at a low price!! Wouldn't dare go anywhere else for this sort of work doing.
Sorted my replacement car key out nicely, top job.
Needed a new blade and case for Citroen car. New blade cut in new case and printed circuit changed over in 5 minutes for 30, absolute bargain as dealer wanted 250 for a whole new key which was not necessary. Left old blade so that it would open the car with the lock but not start the car as no transponder in key so I have an additional spare in case I lock the keys in the car. The owner is very pleasant and chatty and obviously knows his trade. I wish him well in what is a fairly new venture he deserves to succeed and I will use him again for any locksmith type work.
These guys were brilliant very professional and really nice their prices are really good. I was quoted over 300 for a new car from my main dealer 10 and 10 minutes key sorted can't reccomend them highly enough.
