Fantastic customer service. Took my Vauxhall Movano gearbox to them, as it wouldn’t go in any gears at all. They fixed it the next day and now it’s as good as new. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I took my young daughters Skoda Citigo to JR Dain last month as there was what I believed to be a rattle from the clutch. The engineer took it up the road to test it, came back after 2 minutes and said he felt something underneath was loose rather than a clutch issue. They moved vehicles around to allow access to their ramp and immediately found a loose heat shield around the exhaust. The clip was tightened, the noise disappeared immediately and he would accept no payment - we were in and out in under 5 minutes. This is impressive, he ‘could’ have said it needed to go back for ‘further investigation’ and provided a hefty charge and I would have been none the wiser. This was old skool customer service at its best. I had not been there previously and have no affiliation to the garage.
