When I came to Julia I had very little movement in my right arm and shoulder. It had been getting progressively worse over the past 6 months. The pain was unbearable. I wasn’t expecting much to be honest as I did my sessions with Julia virtually but after the first one I had noticeable more movement and she gradually got me to a point that I could cope. Now I’m able to use my arm again the healing is speeding up. I’m so grateful! Julia is also a lovely person and puts you at ease. Highly recommend her!

After seeing numerous Physio Therapists over the years and not really seeing any real improvement in my back, culminating in collapsing outside A&E temporarily losing the use of my legs, I was advised to have surgery on my lower back, however they were not certain that this would resolve my issues. I then turned to Julia to find me an alternative solution to surgery, i religiously followed my exercises and was honest with myself and Julia. In just under 3 months I am back in the gym, running and cycling. I have a plan to avoid further injury and i know i can can check in again at any point. I could not recommend Julia and her expertise more.
As a 50 year old male rugby player, I am your typical get injured, have some physio to treat the injury then go out and play again only to see the same injury return. Having seen Julia, not only has she identified the problem by using a holistic approach to physical injuries, but also has taught me things I never knew or realised. Following her exercise programme and retraining my brain to form new habits has been an eye opener and progress has / is being made. Thank you so much.
Julia has provided online consultation and treatment during lockdown for a persistent bad back. She identified the cause of the problem, rather than just addressing the symptoms and has worked with me over the last 6 months to help me return to full pain-free exercise. I was skeptical whether online treatment would get results and I'm amazed at the outcome. Julia is a patient listener and offers you a very tailored and effective treatment plan that get results. Julia had a great approach throughout our appointments, all of which were carried out over Zoom. It was amazing how she looked at my overall posture when accessing my injuries and explained so clearly how they were caused. As a result, we worked on a range of movements that were not just localised to the areas of my injuries. These improved my overall posture and engaged muscles that were not used at all previously. I was experiencing quite a lot of knee and hip pain when running prior to the treatments, which has now gone away completely. I would definitely recommend Julia to a friend!
Julia has treated myself and both my kids for various issues including ankle, back, shoulder, elbow and knee injuries!; Most recently she has helped my daughter rehabilitate from a serious ankle injury. She is very knowledgeable and has a highly empathetic, friendly yet professional approach. She gets to the root of the problem and has been brilliant for us in in identifying and correcting imbalances and other issues, rehabbing from a functional and sports specific perspective and helping to protect us from future reoccurrence of the injury in question. I would highly recommend her!
Julia really knows what she is talking about!...she really managed to help me out with my back pain after months of suffering in the most calming and compassionate way. Can’t recommend her enough!
Julia has been a great find. She has helped me, through the exercises she has given me, to overcome my limping. She is very good at explaining what the problems are. As long as you do the exercises she gives you will recover from your aches and pains! She is very friendly.
