Car had to go in for recall work. Was told to drop off at 8.30am, no courtesy car available and two children in tow in lockdown. The guys on the desk advised they would need it until 1, my face dropped, what was I to do until then (home is 34 miles away) I asked if they could be as fast as possible as I would struggle to keep the boys entertained (it was also freezing) got a call just around 11am, all done. Perfect. All happy. Thank you.

Spoke to Sam / Service Dept Purchased a Hyundai I10 Granted not from this garage (Chambers Tamworth) however this is the closest dealership. I noticed on the inside of one of the doors in-between the door seal I have noticed rust appearing which is a bit concerning have not checked all the doors or the car for that matter. I was informed at the time of purchase that there was a guarantee of 8 years on against anti perforation, However Sam said it was 5 years and as my car was over that date it would be a chargeable repair!! I have explained that due to Co vid Lockdown is there no way that they would be able to look at this under guarantee which she replied "Some cars were extended however this one is not" This was a Big treat for me for my 40th Birthday and it is a lot of money even though she may only think it is a i10! It is amazing how when you buy a new car the sales people and garage are all over you however it there is a problem they really don't want to know. The mileage on my car is under 25k and I am shocked that I have rust on the car already! On the phone to Hyundai Head Office now. Also would be interesting to find out how many other customers have had rust and been fobbed off. This really deserves a 0 STAR AWARD for: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPATHY AND UNDERSTANDING A CARING GARAGE I felt the way that Sam came across and spoke to me and dismissed my problem with my i10 was disgusting, I felt embarrassed that I was trying to ask for help.

My buying experience was let down when I asked why no mats have been provided to be told that not even new cars get mats and then asked did I ask for mats, to which I replied no as I thought a company of your status would provided them....so basically turning the fault onto me. I would ever point out this was not from the person who sold me the car, he was actually good.

I walked in to collect a car, no one being at reception i hovered around waiting. Several people walked past me, staff in the sales office sat chatting saw me but completely disregarded me. Eventually went up to them to ask if this was sales. Even then no smile or hi can i help you. They did direct me to the next showroom where the car should be but please... its basic 21st century knowledge to not judge people by their appearance and basic manners do not cost you anything, in contrary they go a long bloody way. Edit. Thank you, 17th of December.

Wanted to change current car to a Hyundai and initial customer service was OK. When it came to sourcing a car the customer service vanished. Sales person never called me with updates and I was always phoning them. I had cash to spend and my faith in them was becoming less and less as the days and weeks went by. Made another call to find out if they had any joy and was told they were struggling to find anything within my budget. Yet I could see loads of cars from other dealerships well within my budget. I was then told to go and buy one from them. I was lost for words they basically told me to go away and take my business elsewhere. I wasn't rude and always polite and friendly. Clearly they don't need business and my money. I then went to Audi where I received 5 star service and they managed to source, order a car for me and I even raised my budget. Now have a lovely car. Think customer service training is definitely required. I shall never be returning.
