We identified the Parts that were needed for a machine that needed to be repaired, called Jura UK, very helpful people over the phone. The parts arrived next morning. Superb service, a very positive outcome.

Couldn’t of been more helpful. I ordered the EN8 while I was there and received the machine the next day. Amazing machine and the coffee tastes great !
Whilst the coffee machine works well, the online and telephone customer service have been lacking. I would say it has be terrible but they would have actually had to offer some customer service and support for me to score it. I researched online to find the right parts, ordered with this company and have been successfully ignored. No responses, no receipts, no confirmation emails, no tracking details, no inflammation or notes within the parcel (plus point - it did actually arrive, and quite rapidly, which dragged out the second star above).
Excellent customer service. After purchase care is just as customer centred as pre purchase. Very professional and well-informed staff. They took the time to carefully explain many of the machines features. Also, appreciated that they do not try to push on sales of more products.

Got a machine from them a while ago. Was working all fine until it decided to have a random leakage from within. Decided to take the machine back to them for a repair. The salesman first decided to completely ignore us. Once he found out why we are there, instead of attending the already broken-purchased device, he tried to convince us to just chuck the device away and get a new one. Obviously we did not agree to this, this is your product you should stand by it!! After not accepting his sales pitch, he decided to give us the worst guidance on how to contact Jura repair department, which left us more confused about the whole thing. Imagine all this with with great amount rudeness sprinkled right on top of it. After all the hassle we finally ended up sending the device over for repair. It took a fair amount of time, but once returned it worked just fine. However, after couple of months the same issue returned and suddenly the machine stopped working completely. I have totally given up on Jura, their customer service and their after sales services. Doesn’t matter how much you put work into the machine, they themselves don’t even stand by their own product. I got a Delonghi right after this whole thing and I have been the happiest caffeinated person in the whole town ever since. My advice to you all is to stay away and if you decide to walk in be ready to be judged and be treated horribly by their staff who thinking you are not good enough for their brand!!
Worth a visit to the main showroom in Marylebone as they have all the machines available to demo. Helpful staff, and got a wonderful coffee machine.
