I purchased 4 mattresses from Norman, for a residential let. The mattresses were towards the high end and were orthopedic mattresses. Four months in, one of the mattress developed an issue, and Norman said he would sort it out. After a few weeks go by, I call again, and he says he will sort it out. Another 2 weeks go by, I call again and still same thing. Then when I really need it to be changed, I phone again and he says that he only provides them, and issues no kind of warranties whatsoever. Most goods come with at least 1 year warranty. After leading me on for a few weeks, he backed out. I am left with an angry tennant and a bad mattress. I would not recommend anyone buy from Just Beds. There are lots of alternative places to buy.
