Very good and efficient service. Nicky clearly has a good deal of experience and does an excellent job. Would highly recommend. One administrative area the company could help with - there is no way to book and pay for just one ear to be cleaned, this therefore results in having to go through a wasteful refund process.

We have had several visits to Just Ears in the past which have all been very good. This was our first visit to Port Solent and the service there was exemplary. Sandra, the nurse, was so professional, explained clearly at every stage and found that my ongoing problems were the result of a perforated eardrum which no medic had ever found. Both of us were so impressed with the treatment and it will now be our clinic of choice as long as Sandra is available!

Excellent service with high-end equipment and staff. Needed 2 visits and admin staff were helpful and polite. Have recommended to all my friends who have previously either not heard of them or used opticians. Cannot praise highly enough.
