Although I haven't worn the Dublin River boots yet I can confirm they are true to size and made from stylish , good quality materials. However, I can comment on Just Horse Riders excellent service. I placed my order on Sunday afternoon and it arrived early evening on Tuesday. I had a query and emailed that evening. I had a reply at 7 am the following morning. Friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Just Horse Riders provide excellent customer service in my experience. From order through to delivery, the process was easy and speedy. Unfortunately the Grubs wellingtons had a small manufacturing fault, and as JHR were unable to source a replacement pair, they were quick to provide a refund and a pre-paid label for the return. A pleasure to deal with such an efficient company.

Brought a pair of Dublin River 3 boots in October and boots leaked around the sole and feet wet every time I wore them. Also insole which supports foot became detached due to the wetness inside. Contact coming via email and very quick to respond and Very helpful. Asked me for photos of both boots and the issues with them. Company contacted manufacturer and within a few days I have been offered and bar and new replacement pair of boots. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. They have been very officiant and can not fault their customer service. I would highly recommend them and would continue to buy from them in the future. Thank you for everything. Very satisfied
