I was travelling with my family last year to Dundee from London on my arrival we needed a private taxi for few days, a friend of mine who used a taxi service before recommended me to Kaiser Taxis.I stayed for 3 days in Dundee and used kaiser taxi to commute, it was the best professional taxis service I used for a while and I would definitely recommend anyone in or out of Dundee to use there services.
Needed a taxi to get to the bus station and used the app to book well in advance. Taxi app got stuck at 'due in 6 minutes' but the GPS tracker showed the car at the other side of town. Tried calling the driver, didn't pick up. Also tried calling the taxi company and they didn't pick up either. Taxi never turned up, so we missed our bus. Wouldn't bother with this company.
