I highly recommend Kane Coal if you are looking for a coal supplier. I have been a customer for many years. Everything is so easy and straightforward, from ordering right through to delivery. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Excellent company and very reliable. Recommended.

Great quality hard wood Logs, when they have had no delivery drivers available we have been able to drop in and pick them up from there EK yard and given a hand to load them into our van good service highly recommend.
I found the staff to be very unhelpful, bordering on being rude. Yes their coal is cheaper than most, but not the greatest quality. If you are a OAP and living outside of a town or village they are not really interested in delivering. In this day and age most businesses accept card transactions not so Kane Coal. Many folks no longer use cheques and under present circumstances with lack banks, cash machines being some distant away use a card for most transactions. Obviously Kane Coal are not interested in generating business if if doesn't suit. Sad
