My daughter is 8 and has been doing karate here for 3 years. She has attained her green belt in the process. There is a great atmosphere here among the kids, they exercise, keep healthy and learn how to defend themselves. The teaching also includes how to behave and about being the better person and doing the right thing in difficult situations. The karate is quite disciplined but the kids are rewarded with some fun and games as well at the end of the class to warm down. There are many other aspects that you can be involved in, as well as regular gradings there are competitions and tournaments you can watch or take part in. When my son is old enough he will be going there to. Highly recommend.
