I visited Kathmandu Corner, Greenford on 21Jan about 9 am in the morning. Once I was there, one guy was making tea/coffee at the far end of the shop and he did not bother to say hello or even ask me why I was there. He just used the sign language or hand gesture to ask why I was there. Firstly, guys you are in the service industry and the heart of the service industry rely on the customer service. There are many shops in Greenford selling instant noodles or tumeric/cumin powder. Secondly, amazon return service. I came there few weeks ago to return my amazon delivery because they are one of the authorised point. Their system was not working that time and still not working today as well. Why don't you inform amazon to take your name out of the system. Actually you are wasting the customers time. There is no option to give zero star so I have to give 1 star for this pathetic customer service. Grow Up!!!

The people working their are rude and disrespectful. Had an Amazon return but they refused to accept it. Its their responsibility to inform amazon in advance that they are not accepting goods to return and save time and misery of the customers that expecting good and promised service from them. I asked Amazon to take them out of their list of drop off for return goods.
