A nightmare.. as a council tax payer it is intimidating and hard work...we frequent these places once every few years..when I arrived at this site(my original site was Margate and they cancelled me) 5 staff standing around doing nothing not helping and challenging everything you want to place in a skip ...the final insult was wanting to charge me 4.00. for dumping a hard bag of cement was completely wrong .I pay my council tax and I pay their wages.. if you want to save money get rid of 3-4 of them they serve no purpose but to annoy people .A very nasty experience.

I've used this tip for years. Only problem I find is if you have a trailer full or boot full of rubbish the ecycling staff\ just stand and watch you struggle with the load weather its heavy or light. Surely if you want a quick turnaround of cars/people it would help if they was to give you a hand rather than standing there on their phones barking their orders at you. They help the young ladies straight away. And the way it is at the moment with appointments is even more evident......all sat in their hut drinking their tea.
