My co worker is a regular of this place and used to tell me that I should try too. So yesterday after work I ordered Madras Korma. I have to say it was tasty and well cooked. DO NOT HESITATE to try Kebab City

We ordered a lamb curry, there was a total of 4 bits of burnt lamb in the curry that you couldn't even chew. Ordered well done nan bread, it was barely cooked and the chicken pakora was soggy. When I called to complain as I couldn't even eat my dinner after waiting 20 minutes over the time they said to collect it, if I returned the whole meal to the shop, after plating it up at home, then they would give me my money back. So either they wanted to reheat it to send to another unlucky customer or they didn't believe me and wanted to check the meal. Either way I was not going back out to take a rotten meal back to the shop I bought it in. I think the customer service is a disgrace and I will not be back.
It was ok, I ordered on the app. It stated 20-minutes for pickup,waited almost 30 min. It was a very simple order, it was spicy chicken and chips. I thought it took way too long to complete a simple order. I will think twice about even going again.Also had better spicy chicken and chips across the street. I did not have to wait 30 mins.
