Ordered 3 burger meals 2 kids burger meals Waited 2 hours after ordering Was told on the phone they can’t find the address (rubbish because it was ordered on Uber eats and address was selected) , was told will be another 45 minutes, I said it won’t and it arrived 15 minutes later, the order was all wrong in terms of salad, sauce etc, no wonder this place is always dead and the kebab house 3 doors up is rammed.

Awful customer service!!! Will never order from them again!! My meal came with items missing. When I rung to find out where my chips and drink was, instead of apologising and offering a solution. The guy shouted at me over the phone telling me the missing items were not included in the meal, when it clearly states... Awful experience and did not enjoy my meal at all, as I did not get what I paid for!!!
They do lovely food and they have very good customer service. They are very friendly
Ordered at 6:30pm, food due at 7:30pm, we phoned at 7:50pm to find out where our food was. We were told it would be another 5 mins. We called back at 8:15pm to be told they hadn't yet printed the order and it would be another 15 mins. Reluctantly we agreed as we were very hungry. Kebab R Us then phoned back and asked if it was OK to cancel the order as it would be another half an hour!!!
Our first kebab in a long time and new customer here after a bad experience in a southchurch local. It was spotlessly clean with friendly well presented staff. The kebab was loaded with meat and salad. A converted loyal customer. Tasty and thoroughly delicious
