In ordinary times there is the cafe, monthly meditation and meal, and centre based courses and meditations. Lovely peaceful place right in the middle of Keighley, near the Bus Station. Held in a beautiful building with an awesome meditation room. In 2020 have seen the move to online courses and meditation. Please get in touch and try for yourself
