First class service, prompt work carried out. Gave my laptop thinking i would new a one to get windows 10 thankfully Computer Gentle told me that was unnecessary as the laptop was more then capable of handling windows 10. Although this laptop was more than 5 years old and running windows 7 it is running smoothly and computer gentle came to set it up. smashing 5 star.

I wish I had known about Computer Gentle years ago. My old MacBook Pro was repaired very quickly and cheaply. The people who work there are very nice and friendly. Thank you very much for all the welcome advice too.
Great team, thanks Rukun and Nick for your help upgrading an existing laptop and recommendations for an additional laptop for our children to use. Couldn't have been more friendly or knowledgeable. Great price. Will use again and would definitely recommend.
I have used this firm multiple times since 2012. 1st class service. Friendly & helpful. I bought an Epson printer 3 or 4 years ago, still running perfect with no problems. I have since asked for help & advice with my setup, as well as transferring my stuff to an SSD, which seemed daunting at first, but the assistance from Computer Gentle made it all plain sailing! I recommend these guys!!
These guys are absolutely fantastic! Sent my laptop in with a broken screen and had it fixed within the week. Amazing customer service too, they kept in touch with updates the whole time and were super friendly whenever we spoke. Couldn't recommend them more!!
