Herself and the staff have been exceptional with meeting our needs and strive to make customers happy and nothing is too much trouble as part of their after sales. We would recommend Pentagon to any prospective buyers, as I have been a car sales cynic for years, and they have changed my opinion of sales people for very much the better!! A friend referred me to Mark and I am so pleased I went to Pentagon. He took time to understand exactly what type of car would suit my needs and came up with the perfect match. Everything from start to finish was delivered without hassle. Advise was honest which is very rare in this industry. I would recommend them and buy from them again.
Had my car repaired today from a electronic fault with the gearbox/clutch. This place has good use of service, well polite staff and it's not massively overpriced! Will recommend this place to anybody and well deserved with 5 stars! Well done!
Did a deal over the phone which sounded fine but when i arrived they magically found another 1000 added to the price. Finally came back with another deal which was also over the price agreed on the phone. I was offered the lowest price trade in deal yet !! so i left. If you are thinking of buying a red seat leon make sure you look at the damage to the bonnet first because they will not take that into account. My 6 year old car was in better condition that the 2 year old one i was looking at.

I recently purchased a Peugeot 208 from Pentagon Keighley. I dealt with Jon Martin and he was very helpful and I would recommend him, not like other car salesman I have encountered elsewhere who would say anything to get a sale. He made follow up calls to check everything was ok and was genuinely concerned that I was satisfied. I would definitely buy from them again.
Terrible customer service. My husband traveled from Rochdale because an agent promised they could do him a good deal. They were unable to offer anything reasonable then left him sat on his own for over half and hour without explanation. He eventually got fed up and walked out.
Rude receptionist with a bad attitude. Technical department "if you can call them that" are totally useless, they can't seem to fix the most basic of problems even after having the car for weeks on end. Don't waste your time or money on this place. There are many other reputable garages in the area that offer good service and after care. AVOID!
