I was desperate for some Craft Cotton Company fat quarters to finish a project and Carole a lovely lady took the time to search her stock, found what I wanted and phoned me. I was able to do a direct payment to her bank and 2 days later (this morning) the postie has delivered them. A great service she will definitely be my number one online go to shop. Won’t be back. Pretty much the first thing the woman did was slag off the local competition and the machine I had bought from them. I have a quality machine which works well and had only gone in for some haberdashery! You couldn’t make it up.

I would recommend this store to anyone! Carol is one of the nicest genuine people I have had the pleasure of meeting. After a nightmare with a well known 'big company', I searched out a small business that was local to me. The customer service is way above expectation and I was kept well informed at every step. The store it's self is welcoming, well stocked and more than fairly priced.
