Great prpducts. I am currently owning 3 Wonkies. One Merino made one and 2 made of shetland wool. Every package I have received so far included a hand written note thanking me for the purchase, as well as a little goodie. Of course this is all marketing, yet opening the package always gives you the feeling of being special and not any customer of any business. They let you know being a family business that is greatful for their customers. I am currently waiting for my 4th bobble hat by wonkie woolies. This time however it is a custom one made for Hope Technology (btw. the company I heard from this business in the forst place). Also Merino, my favorite type of material so far. I am recommending this company to everybody of my friends and family in need for a new hat, as I am totally convinced by the quality and the Made in Scotland promise they are giving you.
