Good for kids
Great location and directly on the Dales Way. A very quiet site and a friendly welcome from the owners. We were grateful to have use of a dry space to store equipment overnight. Facilities are basic (no shower) but adequate and the camping field has a level area for tents. Hot meals - including vegan options - can be purchased, which many walkers may find welcome.

We loved this campsite, and so it seems did all the people who left wonderful messages on the walls of the bathroom! Owner was very friendly, made us coffees in the morning, and generally helped get our spirits up after a long day's hiking. Lovely camp spot in the garden area. We can't wait to go back there.
