I have used Practical once in the past. So i automatically went to them when i wanted a second hire. I arrived in the morning and was not even acknowledged when i said good morning. I asked about the hire and was advised that i had the wrong documents which i have no problem with, my problem was the way in which i was spoken to. The gentleman there was obviously still not recovered from his New Year celebration as he was the proverbial ' Grumpy Bear ' and was not in any mood to be dealing with members of the public. I left initially with the intention of coming back with the correct documents but i decided to change companies and went else where, where i recieved first class treatment and the hire was arranged in 15 mins from arrival to me departing. If you are in a bad mood , don't bring it to work with you is my advise.
