Very Clean, Tidy And Organised. Had Several Hand Sanitising Stations Dotted Around The Dealership. All Employee's Were Wearing Face Coverings/Masks, And Areas Of The Dealership Were Taped Off So The Cars And Merchandise Couldn't Be Touched Reducing Risk Of Contamination. Seating Area Was Well Spaced Out, And And Jobs Were Completed Quickly. All In All A Very Good Experience

Just purchased an xc40, from here. From start to finish, very pleased. One of the few firms, who if they say they will call you back, THEY DO. The salesperson, Ben, is an asset to the firm. He sorted the initial hickup, at handover, very professionally. I would recommend this dealer to anybody looking for a Volvo.
