WORSE COMPANY!! USLESS!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Left without heating & hot water every few weeks since I moved in almost 2 years ago. Every few weeks my boiler breaks down and I’m my left without heating and hot water for a long period of time. Currently awaiting a new boiler. Will take everyone’s names I speak to over the phone down from now on until my new boiler is fitted IF that is and will be posting a review about them each time as it seems they’re always useless and nothing is done about anything no matter who I speak with. Everyone I have spoken to isn’t helpful in the slightest. Heaters were supposed to be to offered to me by the engineer which they wasn’t so I called up they told me someone will be out nobody has turned up (obviously) which I am not surprised what so ever, I said to my partner before hand they probably won’t come as this company are SO unreliable. I have called they told me a manager needs to confirm it (to get heaters) after telling me someone was coming out. So they’re also liars. Last year BSW left me for months over Christmas time with no heating or hot water it resulted in damp and mould! Which I was compensated for but it isn’t the point I was so ill from constant stress about the situation no heating etc I had to keep having time off work for nobody to even show up! No idea why metropolitan housing use these!! Every time they’re scheduled to come they don’t turn up without even letting me know I have to call all day long and chase it up. I wait in all day every time cancel my plans and nobody ever shows up on the day arranged and when they do finally decide to they’re either late or turn up earlier than arranged. This is an on going issue with BSW. The worse company I’ve ever dealt with never do anything to help. I already know before calling that there will be an issue. I have never come across a worse company than BSW. I’m so fed up of this company and their useless customers service!

16 days in and I STILL have no heating and no hot water! Engineers either don’t show up to their appointments or show up to my property and say they can’t do the job and leave and never to hear from anyone again (unless I chase them up). Horrible service!!! Worst company ever.

By far the worst boiler maintenance experience in my life dealing with this clown company BSW. My dad is 63 and he's been without heating and hot water for nearly 6 weeks, apparently they are waiting for a part. The part finally arrives, then we're told it will be installed next week which works out to 10 days....wow, you couldn't make this up. To top it all off, I was told the part arrived and installation date only after I rang them to ask what was going on, they didn't phone us once. Absolutely shocking!!!

It's been 7 weeks of me not having hot water. I do not understand why its taking them this long to fix my hot water. they has been many visit and the issue has not been sorted. They will come and go or not show up, and when they do come there will be no parts or incorrect parts. I have been consist lie to that my parts are ready to be installed. I find that there customer service is not reassuring to the issue not being sorted.

A complete let down form start to finish. I have had a leek from my hot water cylinder for five days now. Arrogant, smugg engineer came the first day and put MY towels down in the water and said \they will be in touch\. Carpet is now ruined, such a mess. I have been ringing over and over again, just to be lied to over and over. The only call I have had was to tell me they will be there the next day. Of course no one showed up (no calls). Oh and by the way cylinder was replaced about 14 months ago after THEY broke it, (two weeks to fix).
