Shocking experience !!! I used toolstation allot and was always happy with the service when purchasing small items until I purchased a larger item costing over 150.00. After physically inspecting the tool at home I took the tool back the very next day as it wasn't working and was mis-firing so I requested a refund, the in-store manager was called Connor and he refused to refund me citing that the tool had to be sent off for inspection before a refund which could take weeks and that it is on their terms and conditions, when I asked him to provide me with the terms and conditions he refused, I then pointed to the 30 day money back guarantee which is written all over their catalogue and he ignored me and carried on walking around the store with complete ignorance. Given that we have just got out lockdown and the fact I am on a reduced wage due to furlow I really needed that money to purchase a better tool but yet I still haven't received a refund...DO NOT BUY TOOLS FROM TOOLSTATION BUY FROM SCREWFIX INSTEAD AS THEY WILL HONOUR THE RETURNS POLICY IF ITS A FAULTY ITEM, I will never be using them again...
