Worst company ever! 1 star is too much! Very rude staff and unprofessional. Trying to rip of genuine customers. Absolute joke! The inital meeting was great, but a lady called Renata was disgusting! Her service and body language was so unprofessional. Wow think about your bread and butter you are nothing without customers!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. 1 star is too much. The initial meeting went well however downhill after we met a lady called Renata. Worst customer service I have experienced. She is putting pressure on my family and I to sign a deal, giving us strict deadlines and obligations. Wanted me to give deposit without giving me real prices. She has no customer service skills at all. You don't talk to customers in this way. I would avoid this company if you want to get messed around. Company lost a 13000 deal because of this unprofessional lady. She emailed me to be at an appointment between 9am and 10am and then said shes leaving at 10.15am? Avoid guys, I am a professional and never dealt with such ill mannered people in my life! Expecting a reply back from the director asap! 1 star genuine review from a customer who just wanted her dream kitchen!
