Lovely store and fantastic service! Heather was very helpful, and I really appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile for me. When in the store, my partner fell in love with one of their items, I wanted to get this for his birthday but I live in Manchester and had no way of buying it without him knowing. When i got home, I called the store and Heather arranged for it to be sent to me. I know this isn’t standard practice for them so I was really grateful. It arrived within the same week in perfect condition. Lovely experience, I’d highly recommend.
