We loved how fresh the chips were here! Very, very tasty! There is a really good menu of tasty food to choose from and we were really happy to see that there are some choices for vegetarians and vegans too! The other thing we REALLY lived is that all the forks, trays and bags are biodegradable! AMAZING!!!! This fish and chip shop deserves to be supported because of this. So much wasted plastic usually comes with a portion of chips. These guys are trying to help, so go support them. They are having to pay more for these biodegradable items, so they should be acknowledged for being kind to the planet despite it impacting their profits. We were seriously impressed! Oh and incase you need any other reasons to go... They sell ice cream too!!!

Only once have I not been satisfied after going here and that was some time back and the only criticism was the portion was quite small. Every other time (and I've been a fair few times in the past) I've always been satisfied. I'd recommend this place.
After a long hard drive we unfortunately ended up in Keswick. Been craving fish and chips for days. Made the mistake of ordering chicken for my best friend and my girlfriend, I should never have done that to someone I love. 1. Chips too oily 2. Fish too soggy 3. CHICKEN TASTED LIKE FISH On a nice note, stone circle near by is nice, but definitely bad JuJu.
