Such a friendly shop you wish you could buy everything from them. Was buying a new splitboard set up and called S&W to check on what they had in stock. Spoke to Steve who couldn't have been a better person to talk to: very friendly, super knowledgeable and gave great advice. Some emails and phone calls later and he was still so kind and patient, and gave me a great deal on a full set up. Couldn't be happier. Cheers guys.

Wanted a new harness but not quite sure which one to buy. Visited Steve and he patiently took me through each of the options, allowing me to try each one, discussing pros and cons of each. I had gone in with a model in mind based on hilltop trends, but Steve helped me to make the right choice for me. I visited Steve at The Sick and The Wrong over the weekend to discuss upgrades to my paragliding kit,. I went in with what I thought was a reasonable idea of what I wanted. Steve's patience and expertise were amazing, and after a significant time testing new harnesses I came away with my original wish list being turned on its head! There's no substitute for trying gear, and Steve's appetite to help and offer suggestions have assisted my thought processes no end. I now have a shortlist of two, and am also eagerly awaiting the arrival of a trade in paralider that should also fit my needs. Time well spent from my perspective, and hopefully from yours too Steve. Thanks for your input, and I expect to be purchasing very soon!

Was looking for a second hand paragliding harness. Was paying asked price ( so wasn't annoying deal grabber) was ignored over the phone and after couple phone calls and several back and forward emails was informed that harness was sold to someone else. Shame

Absolutely awesome customer service. The board I bought has developed a fault at some point and the guys (Steve in particular) sorted the warranty process with manufacturer quickly and efficiently.
