If I could, I would give Carters Travel 10 stars. They ticked every single box: family owned company; reliable; thoughtful; professional. They pulled out all the stops to make our son's wedding day such a special occasion. We hired Carter's red London Routemaster Double Decker bus. (It is their pride and joy.) We told our guests that we had ordered an ordinary coach to take them to the church, and they were thrilled when this beautifully looked after old London bus drove up to the hotel. Paul, a director of Carters, was there throughout the hire to ensure all went smoothly. We also ordered a destination board with the bride & groom's names on it. It looked wonderful on the front of the bus. Thank you Carters Travel. You made our son & new daughter-in-law's wedding day very special.
