I am using them from long time but last month I received debt collection letter in which they demanding 42.00 for late payment collection for the month sep 2013 invoice for 56.00 and they said we paid invoice 15 days late and when I check my dates is all on time payment paid.Which was sorted with dept recovery but my question is why this company wake up after six month and asking for late payment charges. If any one made them late payment why they didn’t demand with that period.what happen if some one cannot proof them.Be aware from this company.I stop using them and not highly not recommend.
