Wonderful professional service, polite engineers and lovely telephone staff.i was quite worried about my 55 inch Sony pride and joy being repaired.it was in mint condition, the engineer recorded the condition on collection and then placed the TV in huge padded envelope.it was returned fully repaired and still in perfect condition. I completely recommend and endorse this perfect service thank you so much integrated services team.

Atrocious behaviour from a company who supposedly handles Samsung warranty faults. My television had a fault which was visible upon a self diagnosis screen test via the TV, which integrated services recognises, along with Samsung. They replaced the screen 2 times and it came back on both occasions with the same fault evident. Now they are telling Samsung the TV is working within the specifications and they won't honour any further claims. Despite the fault still being evident, a Samsung engineer could stand in my lounge looking at my TV and would not be able to tell me that's how the picture should look. Absolutely disgraceful.

Had these guys come out and swap over my oneconnect box when the new 8k ones became available. Engineer was brilliant. Knew exactly what he was doing and made sure everything was updated to latest software / firmware. Was an all round pleasant bloke as well. Thanks guys!!
