My car died on the motorway, during smart motorway upgrades leaving me stranded on a slip road. Pretty hectic traffic conditions at the time. K2 Recovery were able to get assistance pretty quickly to make sure I stayed safe. Dean winched us up onto the back of a flatbed with clear and simple instructions, Simon (I think!) closed the lane behind me, which was a massive relief. The guys got me out of harm's way nice and quickly and took me to a safe place to await recovery from my own break down service. Really happy with the way they both worked, nice guys as well. Got in quick, did what needed to be done and then got out quick. Couldn't ask for more. Huge thanks to all involved.

Dean and John S truly were hero's. Broken down in live lane of motorway they quickly recovered me to a safe location and went the extra mile to get me back on the road. I cannot thank them enough, great customer service, caring professional individuals and such amazing service

Broke down at 3pm, recovery was booked by insurance company at 3:13, received a text saying ‘approximately’ 55 minutes waiting time on recovery, three houes and three phone calls later they turned up. Not even so much as a grunt from the guy who came, loaded vehicle on and off we went, followed his sat nav which took us the most bizarre route to my destination, avoiding all the dual carriageways and instead pottering along pitch black country roads... spend a day doing that and no wonder they were two hours late. Tried to make small talk with the driver by saying “this sat nav is taking you a strange way isn’t it mate” met with silence and not even acknowledged. Strange guy, 6ft plus and about 18 stone, like jason vorhees from friday the 13th but without the mask.. didn’t bother trying to talk to him again. Strange company and god knows how they got the contract from the insurance company. Horrendous, still I’m sure they couldn’t care less as my review will make absolutely no difference

After my breakdown this morning on the A14, K2 recovery (dean and Charlie ) were with me in no time at all (20 mins from breakdown ) I was loaded very quickly while a safety lorry remained a 200 yards behind as safety warning for approaching traffic then they took me to a local parking area where I could await recovery from another party. Very professional very helpful guys cant thank you enough for helping me out of a very dangerous situation highly recommended.
