Very dirty shop, nothing is ever cleaned to standard. Dishes that are washed at night are always left on an uncleaned floor, grease and carbon build up on trays is disgusting, mouldy food left dotted around the floors of the chillers. Chantelle and Laura do not care one bit and Jess the manager has a right attitude problem

I gotca mini box with coke and also asked for mini bbq ribs ,but when I got home there was no ribs
KFC at Pennywell is absolutely disappointing, staff who served us was so kind and friendly. However that's not what I'm twisting about. Every table was disgusting, they had rubbish all over the tables, half eaten food still left on the tables, floors had more chips on them than behind the counters, the bins were leaking no spillage signs there . I asked someone behind the counter if there was someone to come clean the place up. Her reply was '' oh yes, I'll grab someone to give it a quick clean'' Customers were coming in and walking back out it was that bad. it was appalling, our first time there and we have said we aren't returning. Shame really.
not happy with food. chicken is all soggy and salty . when i went back with chicken , they were not happy at all . chicken wings is ok .
Food is always hot and cooked well :-)
I like this kfc got plenty of space for cars all the time
