I've used ETB tyres on numerous occasions and the service has always been great from all members of staff. My sister also went in last year to get her car tyre replaced and the staff at ETB changed the tyre without a fuss and also had competitive prices on run flat tyres, which were cheaper than the businesses in Birmingham. I've recently been in to get two of the cars looked at, on one car they said the tyres were fine but the reason for the air pressure dropping was due to the wheel rims being covered in tar, so they cleaned the wheel rims on 2 of the tyres and charged a nominal fee with discount which I appreciated. On the other car I took in, just needed a standard tyre change on all 4 tyres as MOT is due and they checked which ones were under the limit or ok to run. Great service by the guys at ETB Kidderminster. Thanks
