Fantastic service from Hills Ford, in particular sales representative Kris Mooney. I bought a used LR Discovery from them via distance selling as I live in West Cornwall and they even took my car in part exchange without seeing it. Kris was brilliant throughout; he was open & honest and very responsive. I got a great price for my part exchange and the car I purchased was exactly as described. An excellent service by Hills Ford Kidderminster. My first experience with telephone sales. Sales executive Becky Thomas was very helpful in explaining how this system works which I admit was new to me. I was sent photos of the car which I was interested in. All the paperwork, payments all done online. It was so easy. The car I purchased a New Kuga Titanium First Edition was then delivered to my door. Again a great service. I fully recommend Hills Ford especially if you are looking to buy a new or used car.
