Disgusting service my old man has his Daughter as a Carer and every few months she has to go in for a review. My dad was refused by a silly cow staff member to come in the interview then when he explained he has 1 arm, disabled OAP and needs caring full time the dopey cow had the cheek to cross examine him and tell him to get a job behind a desk. He's fully exempt he's on full maximum benefits he's a war hero who served for his Queen and Country and worked most of his life. How dare these Staff try and play God and tell him to get a Job. It's a disgrace and now they have another review Friday and yet again it's all about explaining they should not need these meetings and if someone is on maximum benefits someone explain to the stupid staff stop telling carers to get a Job when they don't need too and believe me if I find out this stupid cow goes on at them again and plays God then I'll be coming down that media with so much Media Coverage they'll never dream of doing it again Another Service in Kidderminster that is lacking everything.
They never seem to get the appointments right and won't accept responsibility for it. They said I was late when I arrived smack bang on time and then had me wait for a very long time only to say they I never told them where I was supposed to be (which I did). And my name wasn't even on the appointment I was supposed to be in. And then I get a message saying it was my fault. Just great. Every single appointment so far.
45 minutes on the phone and they cut me off!! Absolutely shocking behaviour!!
I have tried to get in touch with Kidderminster Jobcentre using the phone number on this site and it was a total waste of my time.
