We love this railway. There is lots to see and do here. Shops all along and great cafe and bar at both ends. We came for a day and had 3 full length of line journeys each one different.

The day I had was amazing on the 18th of April staff where so friendly and amazing afternoon tea we had and have to see the lady of legend even though she wasn't work on that day still amazing day

Felt secure throughout the day, even when getting off and on the train. The day had been planned so that all of the public areas were able to accommodate social distancing and we had a great day.

Excellent throughout. Don't bother walking to Kidderminster Town centre, the planners have really made it a mess and the hill back to the station is not for those with mobility needs. No buses on Sunday.

We visited Severn Valley Railway for the Santa train experience. This was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the beautiful station with all the lovely touches like the band, singing reindeer and other decorations, to the amazing Santa show at the next station, everything was fantastic. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the train manager Ben who was lovely. The snow at the beginning and the show were our highlights, please keep these for next year! We had the most magical time and will definitely be making this a Christmas tradition. Thank you so much Severn Valley!

Covid safe well organised day. 7 different steam engines lovely ploughmans lunch and we enjoyed having a booked space and not usual scrum of a gala day. Glad you are back SVR.
