We spent a day there. It's great for a family day out. The animals are friendly and the children really enjoyed seeing giraffes and camels and rhinos, zebras and all sorts. There's a ' Land of Living Dinosaurs' that fascinated my boys . And the rides...the rides are many and very nice, suitable for all ages. Only that we had to queue quite a lot for each ride. The parking lot is big and easy to access and the toilets are clean. So,yes, it's definitely worth visiting! I'd say give it a go.

I was a little angry when I turned up and some of the enclosures were closed after being told at booking it would be open as usual. However, after emailing the company I had an apology and was told everyone is emailed 24 hours before the visit with the updated covid guidelines. I checked my spam and did not receive this email. But, I'm glad they do do this for visitors and I just happened to be missed off the mailing list. 5 stars because it was fab day out for the family (1 nearly 3 year old and a one year old) Friendly staff, sanitising stations and 2 meter signs set up. Free return pass was greatly appreciated too. We will be returning and hopefully everything will be open as normal
Really great day out for the family. It was very busy despite COVID limitations. There were very few attractions affected however and the queues weren't too long for any rides. Only downside is that it is a little pricey for a family of 4 so I'd advise taking a picnic, drinks and snacks.
Great to be out, very busy but didn't spoil the fun. Plenty of widelife to see and the kids loved the fun park. Great family day out!
Not my first visit here, but my first since the Covid19 pandemic. It was a sunny day and naturally it's very crowded. We spent a big chunk of time stuck in traffic rather than driving round the safari. I think this can be improved by having timeslots or limit of car in the safari. I think the hot day doesn't really help too as most animals stayed away from cars to chill somewhere under the shade or just basically resting. Theme park is very nice to walk around, while we didn't get on the rides, we played some of the mini games that you could win a prize or plushie, very challenging and fun! All in all, it's so great to come back and see the animals again and massive props to the staffs for keeping the animals happy throughout the pandemic, especially during the times where it wasn't allow to open.
Love how your allowed to feed some of the Animals while on your route around the park, the interaction is such a spirit lifter especially at the moment. Overall had a great day out, well worth a visit
Visited first day of reopening after lockdown. Very busy, but also well organised.
I understand that you were closed for a while and now you need to raise your revenue but to do what you guys just did this Saturday is really disappointing. You could have put time slots to be able to better handle the ridiculous congestion. After more than 1 hour of waiting in a cue to get in, my child as well as other children from other cars really struggled to actually feed any of the animals because the staff would always try and drive away the animals so that nobody would stop in one place because there were way too many people waiting outside, in conclusion I ended up throwing away two food boxes because we were not able to stay more than 20 seconds in one place. I came to enjoy the drive not to feel like I am under pressure from the staff who kept on telling us to move along.
