Judging by the low star reviews im not the only person who have had issues. Poor after sales service from the retail aftersales director. Poor warranty work carried out and upon that no warranty upon poor warranty work carried out. Avoid this dealership like the plague there are far superior dealerships like Sytner or just use Carwow and cut them out completely.

Awful. You can certainly see through the fake reviews on here. I mirror the comments of the other reviews left. You walk in, you get ignored by every member of staff possible. Everyone walks right past you. You press the bell for service. Everyone ignores you. You can even see them hiding behind the glass looking at you. They messed up a key order. Sent wrong invoices twice. Ended up with the wrong blade and was told they could give me another one that’s not being used but will obviously not fit my car. Did not expect this shocking service from a main dealer. I get better service from an independent garage but obviously could not use this to get a new key. Avoid this place like the plague. Drive further if you want to visit a Mercedes Dealer. Anywhere but here. UPDATE Generic reply on here saying thank you for your feedback. Clearly that’s all you do. Some of these reviews mirror what everyone else has said and 6months later nothing has changed. As said above. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

I came to buy a car, a Mercedes C350e. Neil Hastings dealt with my interactions with the dealership. Despite the obvious difficulties where we moved from strong Covid measures to lockdown during the negotiations everything was dealt with speedily and with attention to detail. I felt I got a fair price for my car in part exchange and I am delighted with the new vehicle (which is second hand). A fault with the car was discovered in the checks and this was fixed prior to my collection. I am looking forward to driving the new car and interacting with the Oxford Mercedes dealership further.

I had mixed emotions when I traded my Brabus Smart Car in for this beautiful A Class 220. I was sad to see my little baby go and hope the next person enjoys it as much as I did. However, after spending nearly a week with my new addition I have not been disappointed. Once again Sanwar and Darren, at the Kidlington Mercedes, looked after me very well and their recommendation was spot on. The car drives perfectly and smoothly but has the beans and legs when needed. There is so much tech on this car that it will take a while longer to become familiar with all the controls but so far everything has been straightforward and intuitive. It certainly was the right choice for my price range and I could not be happier. Even the colour, which at first I was a bit dubious about, has grown on me and unlike the grey, black and silver models it is not everywhere to be seen so it has a certain uniqueness. Thank you again Mercedes for helping me and making my family happy with the bear, hat and shirt that you kindly threw in as gifts. I would recommend this group to friends, family and readers of my review. All good.
