I needed a van for my small gardening business. It was the first van I had bought and the biggest investment I had made after the house, so I was very cautious. After the Oxford Van Centre had showed me around some of their stock with absolutely no pressure, I felt comfortable buying with them because there would be a warranty and they service the vans. I found a Berlingo that I wanted. They made the sale very easy and I fell in love with it. After a couple of months there was a problem with the clutch - not unusual but not a nice experience. I took it back to the Oxford Van Centre where they dealt with the problem themselves. The staff were caring, friendly and helpful. A very anxious time for me and I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. Nice guys!

My partner purchased a van here and we cannot fault the friendly and efficient service that we received. We were made very welcome from the moment we walked through the door and the salesman spent a lot of time with us from the outset so to ascertain the best vehicle for us. We had a couple of test drives and eventually settled on the first one we tried. The van was clean and and valeted to a high standard when we picked it up. We encountered a minor problem a couple of weeks after purchase, but they dealt with it swiftly, professionally and without hesitation. It was a pleasure to do business with this company, would highly recommend.
